   Dear Sir
   I have a Ms. degree of Plant Breeding (Application Genetic ) from Razi university in Iran.My thesis title is “Chromosomal localization of the genes controlling phenotypic stability using disomic addition lines by AMMI Analyse.This study has accomplished for 3 years, so we have evaluated Genotypes and Environment Interaction and select the best genotype for each location. I like to study in genetic subjects .Do yo accept me?

    While reviewing your university website I came across your research on the Tumor Biology
    And your PhD position within this study. I was immediately drawn to your topics of interest as well as the specific articles that you have recently published. As a Molecular and Cell Biology concentrator focusing on this specific area, I would very much like to be considered for this position.

    During my MSc thesis I have worked on a molecule so called NGAL. The precise role of NGAL has not been fully known so Far. It has been implicated in cancer and as a bacterial growth Inhibitor. I expressed NGAL in insect cell line by using Baculovirus expression system.

    I am a Chinese girl, now I focus on the research of the mechanism on medulloblastoma via the models of transgenic mouse and rat. Account for the crucial role in cancer stem cells in the cancer spread and recur that it may be a novel therapies target. I expect to explore the mechanism of the cancer stem cells function in regulating the cancer cells growth and differentiation, also the mechanism of the tumor cells apoptosis.
