i am working as a research fellow in the field of plant nematology.can anyone guide me as to how many years of research experience is needed before we can apply for phd in germany?is there a requirement for toefl of gre or ielts?

can anyone please answer all these questions of mine?i have no idea about the eligibilty criteria for phd admissions in germany and need guidance.

I am a Chinese girl, now I focus on the research of the mechanism on medulloblastoma via the models of transgenic mouse and rat. Account for the crucial role in cancer stem cells in the cancer spread and recur that it may be a novel therapies target. I expect to explore the mechanism of the cancer stem cells function in regulating the cancer cells growth and differentiation, also the mechanism of the tumor cells apoptosis.
