i have completed my bachelor degree in mechanical engineering field in urmia university in iran, now i am M.sc student nuclear reactors engineering in ulum tahgigat university in iran. i will complete it next year/2010. I am looking for PhD in mechanichal engineering for 2010 . on how to obtain or help me in getting fully funded Scholarship from your university.
