PhD Student Position 9 three-year positions available
salary: about € 1.721,30 gross income per month
The SPIN Doctoral Program is open for excellent national and international students with academic specializations in medicine or the scientific disciplines biology, pharmacy, biochemistry, chemistry, psychology and physics, provided that they hold a Master degree or equivalent. The selection of candidates is based on a review of the application materials, the results of the web-based subject test, and a personal interview.

Web-based Subject Test
After collecting applications, candidates will be invited to participate in a specific subject test designed to examine basic background knowledge of neurobiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, general biology, physics and chemistry. The subject test questionnaire will be stored on a server of Innsbruck Medical University. Each student will receive a personal code that permits online access to the test for a restricted period of time.
Personal Interview
The most qualified candidates will be invited to conduct a personal interview with the members of the DK faculty.
