I am croos s.a and have completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Peradeniya, faculty of engineering in civil engineering with BSc (hons).i would like to get a scholarship for my higher studies as a research assistantship. Well I am Ayaz Ahmed Memon, Civil Engineer From Paksitan. I have done post graduation in Civil Engineering with concentraion in Construction Management, from Mehran University of Engineering & Technology Jamshoro, Pakistan in the year 2003. I am working as Construction Manager in a Nation Building Department in public sector for the last 14 years. My greatest desire in life has been to under-take Ph. D studies in Engineering & Construction Management from a leading university in any western country, to learn contemporary project management techniques being employed in west to strategically manage execution of complex construction projects.

I am financially handicapped and can not afford to undertake such huge committment on my own. I have been running from pillar to post here in pakistan to get some scholarship or financial assistance, but all my hues and cries have fallen on deaf ears here in Pakistan.

I feel that I have lost objective of this very life. That millions and billions of dollars are here drained in white collar corruption, but a hapless professional who has got meritorious academic background and unblemsihed professional career, wait endlessly for financial resources, to realize long cherished goal to have access to quality education abroad.

Is their any CONSCIENTEOUS organization, institution or individual who can help me in getting my dream of undertaking phd from abroad realized. I would devote rest of my life in serving that institution, organization or individual.
