PhD studentship, System biology in anticancer drug signaling (69120 Heidelberg, Germany)
Applications are invited for a PhD student position starting as soon as possible. The research aims to develop anti-cancer drugs and to do experimental work on the project ‘Systems Biology of anticancer drug signaling’. The successful applicant will join a strong apoptosis research program in the department of Immunogenetics (prof. Dr. Peter H. Krammer) of German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ). This work will be done in collaboration with Division of Prof. R.Eils in DKFZ and Bioquant. The successful applicant should have a strong background in immunology, biochemistry and computer sciences and be highly motivated to work in the novel field of science: “systems biology”.
