RESEARCH INTEREST
The major interest is in development of sensitive and specific analytical methods by using GC-MS and LC-MS for measurements of illicit drugs and their metabolites in a variety of human tissues.
FORENSIC TOXICOLOGY SKILL
1- Extraction, separation, purification, qualitative and quantitative analyses of the drugs and its metabolites from biological specimens using recommended methods as Benzodiazepines,
Barbiturates,  Opiates, Cannabinoids, Cocaine, Amphetamines and Hallucinogens.
2- Qualitative and quantitative analyses of toxic gases, metals and pesticides in human fluids and tissues
3- Have chromatographic skills on HPLC and GC-MS.
4- Evaluates their role in modifying human performance, behavior or contributory factor in the cause and manner of death.
