I have 4+years experience to working with catia (Sheet metal, Core & cavity design, Part design, Assembly, Free style, Drafting, Shape Design, Analysis & simulation, mold Tooling design , Machining , DMU Mockup), solid work, power mill (NC-File), Mold flow (FEM-plastics), Deform (forging-machining). I have an experience to simulating die wear in the forging process, Tool wear in the turning, boring, milling and heat treatment simulation (tempering-CCT-TTT). My master project is bonding metal to composite simulation with ABAQUS. Because of my interest in getting more knowledge about composite material and my abilities working with ABAQUS i seek your help in this regard.
