mouse Hepa cells, I used the yeast Two-hybrid system Pull-down assay,
Western Blot, northern, Luciferase assay, (shRNA) ,Chip, and EMSA. assay’s..during my project I did develop the techniques and skill which include : writing and executing protocols, data collection and analysis, and final reports .in my project I did Seek out gaps in current knowledge in this area and develop new methods to address them. I am familiar with execution of clinical research studies and I am able to closely coordinate with colleagues in clinical research. Experienced and effective in working in cross -functional team environment. I am proficient in designing and performing chemical bench studies, including wet chemistry (pH/Osmolality), UV/v is spectroscopy, Thin Layer Chromatography, SDS-PAGE, ELISA, Western Blot, gel staining, biological assays, fluorescent markers, and densitometry. Hands-on experience with statistical analysis of data. Strong skills in data presentation. Good technical writing skills. Good attention to detail; excellent record-keeping.
