Postdoctoral Fellowships in Indian Universities: Applications are invited for Dr Kothari Postdoctoral Fellowships tenable at Indian Universities, for
full time research.

Eligibility
The applicant should possess either a Ph.D. degree or should have submitted Ph.D. Thesis & should
be below 35 years. The Reservation Policy of Government of India with regard to SC/ST/OBC
categories will be followed. A relaxation in age is available for women/reserved category candidates.
The candidates are expected to choose a Mentor from Universities which are eligible for receiving
developmental grants from the UGC and obtain his/her consent.

Duration and Fellowship Amount
The fellowship is for a period of Three years (renewable yearly).
For Ph.D. degree holders: Rs 20,000-24,000 + applicable HRA with an annual increase of Rs 1000.
For candidates who are yet to be awarded Ph.D. degree, Bridging fellowship of Rs 16,000 + applicable
HRA is payable. The PDF award will carry a contingency grant of Rs 50,000 pa.

I’m a teacher of physics in Ethiopian senier secondary and preparatory school. What I want is that I need to upgrade in the proffession. But it is difficult to me to do so by myself. So I need scholarship and finatial aid. Specially it will be fine if I get job which fits with my proffession and make me able to support myself.
