-Good communication skills will be appreciated.
-He/she will join a team with interdisciplinary background and is expected to complete the expertise of the team for functional studies.
-The candidate will be involved in several national and international collaborations with academic and industrial partners and acquire knowhow in the biophysical techniques used in the Laboratory.

Scholarship Description: A 2-year post.doc position in GPCR signaling is opened in the group of Karen L. Martinez within the research area of Nanomedicine. The group is dedicated to the development of bionanosensors for drug screening and diagnostics. One of the three teams composing the group is investigating GPCR signaling pathways on isolated platforms and in living cells. These studies are done in collaboration with other groups within the Center for Biomembranes and Nanomedicine
