Hello. I am Lorenzo A. Clavejo, 56 years old and a holder of the degree, Doctor of Public Administration at the University of the Philippines. I graduated in 2008 and am currently working in the National Security Council of our country. My work , as a director in one of the directorates, involves conducting policy research on governance and public policy related to our national security.

I would like to know if I can still qualify for a post-doctoral training/fellowship in Germany or in Switzerland so that I can further expose myself to the workings and best practices of these governments which are known for their efficient and effective practices in governance so as to put into practice these role models for public policy.
