Postgraduate Studentship: Relating Climate Models and Reality
A funded PhD studentship is available as part of the NERC RAPID RAPIT programme at the Centre for the Analysis of Time Series and the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment. You will carry out research on methods to quantify the spatial and temporal scales on which climate models can provide quantitative information about the real world. It will be founded in the study of complex non-linear systems while providing a basis for the interpretation of climate models as an input to a wide range of societal decisions.
