The Program is open to all high school seniors who are women and California residents.
How to Apply
- In addition to completing this form, you’ll also be asked to upload:
- A personal essay, including autobiographical information and career plans. You must also include your statement on leadership as requested in the instructions.
- Three (3) letters of recommendation, including two academic references. The academic letters of recommendation must be on school letterhead.

I am finishing my phD on Women Studies, the title of my thesis is “Women and Dandyism”. I have focused my research on the last century 20´s. I am from Spain but have just returned from Oakland where I have been a teacher in a Charter School.
Now I am looking for a scholarship to continue my research on women issues, particularly on female performances from the bay area during the last decades of the XX century.
Where should I look for?
I am a little lost.
