Project Associate Position in IIT Kanpur
Applications are invited for one Project Associate (JRF/SRF/RA) position in a Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) New Delhi, sponsored project, entitled “Synthesis of Marine Organohalogen Natural Products Convolutamine H, Amathamide C-G and their analogues” tenable at Department of Chemistry, IIT Kanpur under the supervision of the undersigned.
Emoluments: Rs. 12000-Rs. 16000/ + other allowances as per CSIR guidelines and Institute rules
The position is purely temporary and for 1 year initially. After the first year the tenure could be extended subject to satisfactory performance.
Educational qualification:
i) JRF/SRF: M.Sc (specialization in Organic Chemistry) with
GATE or NET qualified/ same as JRF + 2 years of research
experience.
ii) RA: Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry
