    He is a visual artist and art historian/critic. He holds a B.A. (Ed.) in Fine & Applied Arts from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Nigeria. He has a Master (M.Ed.) in Educational Administration from University of Lagos, Nigeria and Master of Art (M.A.) in Visual Arts at the Institute African Studies, University of Ibadan. He is a PhD Degree holder in Visual Arts History in the University of Ibadan. He is a Principal Lecturer in the Department of Fine & Applied Arts, Federal College of Education (Technical), Akoka. He is the former Secretary, Society of Nigerian Artists (SNA), Lagos State chapter. Ademola is the current Secretary of Culture and Creative Art Forum, (CCAF) and General Secretary of International Association of Art Critics (AICA), Nigeria Section. His article titled “African Art Critic and His Dual Identity” presented on his behalf in 2005 at the 39th AICA Congress in Ljubljana, Slovenia was accepted for publication by the AICA Slovenia. He also presented a paper titled “Between the African Artist and his Art Critic: The Missing Link” at the 40th AICA Congress that held in Paris in 2006 on the sponsorship of Prince Claus Fund. The article has equally been published on-line by the AICA International office in Paris. He participated in the 23rd SAVAH Conference held at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg South Africa from 12-15 September, 2007 also on the sponsorship of Prince Claus Fund. His paper titled Visually/Culturally Buoyant Country but Low Esteemed Art Teacher/Art Historian was published in 2007 SAVAH Conference Proceedings.
