Ramsay Memorial Fellowships Trust
The Ramsay Trustees will in February 2009 consider applications for the award of one or more General (British) Ramsay Memorial Fellowships, which may be co-sponsored by a British industrial or other body.
The Fellowship(s) will normally be tenable in the United Kingdom for two years from 1st October 2009. Candidates will generally be expected to already have had some postdoctoral experience of research, although this should normally not have exceeded two years.
The value of a Fellowship is in the range £27,466 - £30,912 pa (plus London Allowance of £2,649 pa, if applicable), to which may be added a grant for (non-travel) expenses of up to £1,000 pa.

I need to join applied chemistry studies
Here in Ethiopia Higher education is very difficult b/c of the political cricise and the fee needed to be paid to the universities. So i am an able to pay the money they need. Even the status of education here is very back ward there is no enough material for practical demonstrations and chemical laboratories so most of the time tcurriculum is theoretical only.

I really love sciences and more especially chemistry but since I live in a miserable situation, I was unable to go for a nursing course or any other course that deals with science because of lack of school fees to be able to join in Mulago hospital schools. Therefore I am just requesting you to pray for me that I can get help from any kind individual to assist me continue with what I really think that it is the best for me and the future as well.
