Research Assistant/Associate
The Unit’s programme of research aims to address questions arising from changes to the organisation of the health care workforce within the rapidly changing NHS. Funded by the Department of Health’s policy research programme the focus of the work is on the impact that variation and change in the nursing workforce has on patient and staff experience and outcomes. The post holder will undertake a project examining the utility of routinely collected sources of data for addressing these questions and contribute to the development of the programme.
