Job Description: The project will involve the use of molecular biology, designing and making new BACS constructs, T cell culture, ELISA techniques, real time PCR, confocal and bioluminescence imaging.
You should have a PhD in immunology or a closely related discipline and previous experience in T cell immunology, FACS, confocal and molecular biology techniques and asthma/infectious models including molecular transgenic approaches is essential.
The position is full-time and funded by BBSRC for 3 years and is available from 1st October 2010. The post will be based in the Lung Immunology Group, Sir Alexander Fleming Building at South Kensington Campus and the Hammersmith Campus.
