Eligibility:
-A PhD in biology, statistics, applied mathematics, computer science or related discipline.
- A strong degree in same. Knowledge of relevant computer languages i.e. Python, Matlab Experience of evolutionary simulation modelling Experience of programming and handling data in both Python and Matlab.
- Evidence of competence in handling large datasets and writing custom code to do this.

Scholarship Description: You will work with Professor Kevin Laland and Dr Luke Rendell on an ERC funded project to study the evolution of social learning strategies by means of a computer-based tournament. You should have a relevant degree (e.g. mathematics, statistics, biology, computer science) and a PhD. Computer programming, simulation modeling and data handling skills are essential for this post, while statistical experience and knowledge of behavioural/human evolution research are desirable.
