Dear, Sir/Madam, i am sudhakar from india I have completed 3 years diploma in mechanical engineering from a government polytechnic institute, I have also got a seat lateral entry to 2nd year bechalor of engineering in bangalore RASTRYA VIDYALAYA colage of engg. in BANALORE. Iand i am becoming very poor family and my family anual income is 11000/- . dear ma’am/sir,
iam a student of grad3rd year with subjects political science & History from India.i had given my ielts on 16th june 2007 can i apply for the Rhodes scholarship this year for Oct 2010 session for M.Phil in in international relations (course code 002970).will i have to submit my ielts band transcript with the scholarship form. ?or can i submit it later??
