Scholarship for Study Abroad in Japan and Korea
Limited funding is available to full-time Duke students who plan to go to Japan or Korea to study language. Priority is given to the students 1) who wish to continue language study after finishing Duke University’s language requirement of three semesters, 2) who are majoring or minoring in Japanese, Korean, or AALL, 3) who have arranged affiliations with local institutions in Japan or Korea. Deadline for the application is March 7, 2008.
The maximum of the award will be $1500.

Abdullah, assistant lecturer in Animal Production and Poultry Department, Faculty of agriculture, Assiut University, Egypt. In 2006, I have got the M.Sc. from Assiut University. And M.Sc. thesis is entitled «Canola meal versus undecorticated cottonseed cake and soybean meal as a protein supplement in growing lambs rations”. Nowadays, I am in Thessaloniki, Greece to collect some data for my PhD project.
I am extremely interested in the PhD position in your project. And I can learn new techniques quickly. Recently, I attended a workshop of Principles of Molecular Biology.
