Dorothy Marchus Senesh Fellowships for Women from Developing Countries in USA
Scholarship Provider: International Peace Research Association Foundation
Eligible Students: The Dorothy Senesh Fellowship is available to women from developing countries who have completed a Bachelor’s degree, who have been accepted into a graduate program and whose graduate work is to be focused on issues related to the goals of IPRA. Funds will only be dispersed when the selected candidate is admitted into a graduate program. Awards are considered based on need; therefore students with substantial funding sources are less likely to be considered for the award.
Course: The fellowships are available for pursuing graduate degree.
Award Details: Every other year (beginning in 1990) one woman receives school expenses in the amount of $5,000 per year for two years. This year, for the first time, we will award two fellowships.

Eligible Students: This scholarship is for applicant must be of doctoral status, with at least two years post-doctoral experience. Candidates without Higher Degrees must have equivalent research experience to be considered eligible for the scheme
Course: Fellowship is awarded to mid-career postdoctoral scientists for undertaking research.
Award Details: The fellowship provides funding for: an accommodation and subsistence allowance; one return journey between the home country and Rothamsted; a contribution towards institute/ project research costs.

Arturo Falaschi ICGEB Postdoctoral Fellowships for Developing Countries
Scholarship Provider:
International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB) of the Open University, UK
Eligible Students: Applicants must be nationals of an ICGEB Member State and may not apply for fellowships to be undertaken in the country of their origin. Italian/Indian/South African nationals who are resident abroad may apply for fellowships to ICGEB Trieste/New Delhi/Cape Town respectively, and must provide evidence that they are working/living abroad.
Course: Fellowships are awarded for postdoctoral research programme at the ICGEB laboratories located in Trieste and Monterotondo (Italy), New Delhi (India) and Cape Town (South Africa).
Award Details: Stipends are calculated to cover the costs of normal living expenses (annually) for one person at the location of the individual host institute (married applicants should take special notice of this as no family or dependant allowance is included in the Fellowship). Travel to and from the host country, medical health insurance cover will be covered.

Course: Fellowships provide training and collaborative research opportunities for generally scientists, researchers or policymakers who are in the early or middle stages of their careers.
Award Details: The program offers training and collaborative research opportunities to scientists, researchers, and policymakers from 32 eligible countries. Fellows will work one-on-one with a mentor at a U.S. university, research center, or government agency, usually for 8-12 weeks. The U.S. mentor will later visit the fellow’s home institution to continue collaboration.

CBS Innovation International Scholarship at Curtin University in Australia
