I am an Ethiopian having LLB with CGPA of 3.57. Currently I am in Oromia institute of justice and professionals training and research center as a trainee. I also have another BA degree in foreign language and literature (English Education) together with six years of teaching experience from elementary to preparatory classes. Yet I want to upgrade my educational level to second degree (LLM) or any second degree related to my field of study Because I strongly want to play a role in solving the problem in the administration of justice up on returning to my country. But I could not upgrade my qualification to LLM due to shortage of money. Because I used my resources exhaustively being a family man snatching from the mouths’ of my kids during my first degrees study. Therefore, I couldn’t stretch my hands farther to help myself. Please would you help me in realizing my dreams?

Please let me introduce myself. I am Mohamed Ghazaly working in Oncology Unit, General Surgery Department, Faculty of medicine, Tanta University, Egypt as Assistant lecturer in the field of general surgery. I had M.Sc. With general grade Excellent April 2007 Faculty of Medicine, Tanta University, Egypt in general surgery. I am working now in the field of liver transplant, here in Egypt, and my phd thesis is about liver transplant. I am writing to you asking if you accept me for doing PhD work (proposal project). I’m looking forward to get a sholarship in the field of liver resection, transplant, or any related interventions and research. My CV is involved here as an attachment. I will be happy to be involved with any running projects in your institute. I hope that you accept me as a Ph. D. student in your institute. You are really supporting me to obtain a scholarship, and doing me and whole Egypt which suffer from liver disease a great favour. If a Phd scholarship is not available, a research and clinical training for one or two years even without a resulting degree would be fine. I am hopefully asking what about fund? As i do not have fund at present time, minimal fund would be ok. I hope you could help me about that.

iam currently in the second year of study.
has been gained in the proportion of secondary school certificate 74.6%

and i was able to get a greater percentage of this ratio, but because of the way the study in the lack of organization of
the curriculum in our country.

and my ambitions to study in the source of science,culture and modern technology from western nations.

and i also know that the study in your country with an advanced,sophisticated & up to modern era, and the certification

is recognized through out the world,i like the ideal way to study,i wish my acceptance in any university or college, where

i want to continue my studies or start from beginning and preferable from the beginning.
