TWAS-Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) is inviting applications for fellowships for visiting researchers. Fellowships are open for scientists from developing countries (other than Malaysia) who wish to pursue advanced research in natural sciences. Fellowships are tenable for a minimum period of one month to a maximum of three months at a school/department of the Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). MMDP Full Scholarships, 2015
Dutch ministry of Foreign Affairs awards up to ten full scholarships to government officials from 40 developing countries with at least three years’ experience in the field of migration and/or asylum. Scholarships are available for three month Migration Management Diploma Programme (MMDP) at UNU-MERIT and MGSoG. To be eligible for this scholarship, participants must obtain support from their employers, in the form of a letter stating that they will still be employed and paid for the duration of the programme. Wellcome Trust International Engagement Awards, 2015
Wellcome Trust is offering awards for research applicants from a low- or middle-income country within Sub-Saharan Africa, South-east Asia or South Asia. Applicants must be either a biomedical scientist or health researcher or collaborating with a researcher, research group or institution to provide expertise in the area of biomedical science. Awards of up to £30,000 will be awarded for a period of three years. The following deadlines are for invited full applications: 13th March 2015 (expressions of interest must be received before 27th February) and 11th September 2015 (expressions of interest must be received before 28th August).
3ie Scholarship at University of East Anglia in UK, 2015
University of East Anglia is inviting applications for 3ie scholarship. One 3ie scholarship is available for applicants from less developed countries who apply for a place on the Msc Impact Evaluation for International Development. WWF is funding nature conservation scholarships to pursue short-term professional training or formal studies in Switzerland. Applications from candidates doing multiple-year studies will only be considered if the applicant is applying for support for the last year of studies. The maximum amount for any one scholarship under this scheme is CHF 10,000, and preferential consideration is given to requests for less than CHF 10,000.
