Developing Solutions Masters Scholarships for Colombians
Applications are invited for developing solutions scholarships for Colombians for 2017/18 intakes. 15 fully funded scholarships are available for students from the developing and third world countries registering for taught Masters programmes at Malaysia Campus. The application deadline is March 24, 2017.

David E I Pyott Master of Surgery in Clinical Ophthalmology Scholarship
David E I Pyott Foundation is offering six online distance learning master’s scholarships for the academic year 2016-2017. These scholarships are available for the students of sub-Saharan Africa, South East Asia, and South America. The scholarships will be awarded to students who are accepted for admission on to the online distance learning master of surgery (ChM) in Clinical Ophthalmology at the University of Edinburgh. Each scholarship will cover the tuition fee for the entire part-time programme of study as well as provide access to a broadband facility and a laptop. The application deadline is July 28, 2017.

LAC-CAF Scholarships for MSc Students at University of Oxford
CAF-Latin American Development Bank and the Latin American Centre, University of Oxford, is offering scholarships to study for the MSc in Latin American Studies in 2016-2017. The scholarships will cover both tuition fees as well as college fees for St Antony’s College. Applications must be submitted by noon on one of the following dates: 20th January 2017 and 10th March 2017.

QMUL Latin American Fund Partial Scholarships
Queen Mary University of London is inviting applications for Latin American fund partial scholarships. Applicants must apply for the programme of study before you apply for the scholarship – your application ID number is a requirement. The Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS) and the School of Economics and Finance are offering five partial scholarships worth 50% of the tuition fee each to outstanding Latin American full time candidates. The application deadline is 28th February.

Chancellors International Development Scholarships at University of South Wales
University of South is awarding chancellors international development scholarships worth £2,500. These scholarships are available for undertaking undergraduate degree programme. Students do not need to make a separate scholarship application. They will be automatically considered for a scholarship when they make their application. The application deadline is 15th January.

VLIR-UOS Scholarships for International Master Programmes
Applications are invited for VLIR-UOS scholarships to pursue accredited English master programmes of 60, 90 or 120 credits, organised at a Flemish university. Selection of a Master as ICP implies the acquirement of and obligation to attribute 12 fully fledged scholarships per intake year, entirely funded through VLIR-UOS, during the five year cycle 2017-2021. All students applying for the ICP need to comply with the academic criteria as set by the programme. These requirements relate to the academic level and content, and are therefore not defined by VLIRUOS.

Curtin International Merit Scholarships in Australia
Curtin University is offering merit scholarships within the faculty Health Sciences, Curtin Business School, Science & Engineering, Humanities. This scholarship is only for international, full fee-paying, non-sponsored students to commence their studies at Curtin’s Western Australia campuses in 2016. This scholarship provides eligible students 25% of their first year tuition fee, up to a maximum of AUD$10,000. The application deadline is 12th February.

Groupe ESA Masters Scholarships In France
Groupe ESA is offering scholarships for students wishing to study a 2-year master’s degree at ESA. These scholarships are awarded in the fields of Food Industry and Agriculture. Scholarship is for duration of 24 months to 30 months, (when French course is necessary). Tuition fees are entirely covered for students. The application deadline for Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Mexico, Serbia is 30th November 2015 and for Croatia, Moldavia, Russia, Slovenia, Spain is 6th December.

Georg Forster Research Fellowship for Researchers from Developing Countries
The Humboldt Foundation is inviting applications up to 80 Georg Forster Research Fellowships for postdoctoral researchers and experienced researchers annually and financed by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and Co-financed by the European Union (EU) in the 7th Framework Programme. Applications can be submitted at any time from 01.07.2013 to mid-2015.

Ayudar Masters Scholarship in UK
University of Exeter is offering Ayudar Scholarship for Colombian citizen. Scholarship, worth up to £30,000, is for a Colombian national enrolling on the full-time MSc Food Security and Sustainable Agriculture. The award covers the full cost of international tuition fees plus a contribution towards subsistence. The application deadline is 30th April.

TWAS-BIOTEC Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme for Colombians 
Fellowships for Colombians are awarded in the field of biotechnology (Structural, Cell and Molecular Biology and Biological Systems and Organisms). Applicants must not hold any visa for temporary or permanent residency in Thailand or any developed country. BIOTEC will provide a standard monthly allowance which should be used to cover living costs, such as accommodation and food. Applications should be submitted by 15 September.

New Zealand Development Scholarships for Colombians
New Zealand Development Scholarships are well known scholarships which are awarded each year by New Zealand Government. The scholarships for Colombians provide financial support for tuition, living costs while in New Zealand and airfares for the duration of the study programme. The scholarship application deadline is June 1.

TWAS-CONACYT Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme
TWAS and CONACYT are inviting applications for TWAS-CONACYT postdoctoral fellowship programme. Fellowships cover standard monthly allowance and a fixed amount for mandatory health insurance coverage. Applicants must not hold any visa for temporary or permanent residency in Mexico or any developed country. The application deadline is 15 September.

TWAS-UPM Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme
Colombia fellowships are available for pursuing postdoctoral research at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). UPM will provide a standard monthly allowance which should be used to cover living costs, such as accommodation and food. Applicants must apply for the fellowship within five years of having obtained a PhD degree in a field of the natural sciences. The deadline for applications is 15th September.

INSA JRD-Tata Fellowship Programme for Colombians
The Indian National Science Academy (INSA) offers fellowship programme for Colombian students. About 10 fellowships are awarded annually. The maximum period of award will be for three months. Selection is based on the recommendations of a committee consisting of eminent scientists. Last date of submitting applications is 31st October.

TWAS-ICCBS Fellowship Program for Colombian Students
Colombia fellowships are available for pursuing research at postgraduate (PhD) and postdoctoral programme. ICCBS will provide a monthly stipend which should be used to cover living costs, such as food, accommodation, local transportation and incidental illness. Applicants must provide a certificate of good health from a qualified medical doctor. The deadline for applications is 31st August.

ICO Three-Month Fellowships in Ophthalmology
Fellowships provide young ophthalmologists with exposure to and training in several subspecialties in ophthalmology. Applicant must be under 40 years of age at the time of applying. The fellowships will include S$6000 (maximum) to cover travel and living expenses. The application deadline is September 30 each year.

TWAS-IACS Fellowship Program
Colombia fellowships are available for undertaking research at postgraduate and postdoctoral level at the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science (IACS). Applicants must be of 30 years of maximum age for postgraduate and 40 years for postdoctoral programme on 31 December of the application year. Applications must be submitted by 31st August.

MOFCOM Master Degree Scholarships for Colombians 
The Government of the People’s Republic of China through the Government of Fiji is offering master degree scholarships for Colombians. Scholarships will be awarded for a period of one year. The age of applicants should be between 20 to 40. Colombia scholarship is available to study master program in any one of these universities: East China Normal University [ECNU], Sun Yat-Sen University (SYSU), China Foreign Affairs University (CFAU), Beijing Normal University, Jilin University and Peking University (PU) in China. The application deadline varies for each university.

TWAS-IROST Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme
Fellowships for Colombian students are available for undertaking postdoctoral programme at Iranian Research Organization for Science and Technology. TWAS-IROST Postdoctoral Fellowships in natural sciences are tenable for a minimum period of six months to a maximum period of twelve months at IROST. Last date of submitting applications is 15th September.

Mexican Government Scholarship Program
Applications are invited for Mexican Government scholarship program available for foreign students. Applicants must be accepted to or currently enrolled in a program at one of the participating Mexican institutions. Health insurance from the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), starting in the third month of the scholarship will be available. Applications for the scholarships will be accepted from May 9th to July 31st.

TWAS-USM Fellowship Program
Colombia fellowships are obtainable for undertaking research at postgraduate (PhD) and postdoctoral programme at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). USM will provide a standard monthly allowance which should be used to cover living costs, such as accommodation and food. Applications will close on 15th September.

Masters Fellowships in Public Health and Tropical Medicine
Fellowships are available for research training at Master’s degree level. A Fellowship normally provides up to 30 months’ support. Fellows must be based in a low- or middle-income country for their research project. A period of 12 months should normally be dedicated to undertaking a taught Master’s course at a recognised centre of excellence, combined with up to 18 months to undertake a research project. Applications will close on 15 August.

TWAS-icipe Fellowship Program
The International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology (icipe) is offering fellowship program for Colombian students. Applicants must have official acceptance at an eligible department, institution or laboratory at icipe. Three PhD fellowships and one postdoctoral fellowship will be awarded. Closing date for submitting applications is 15th September.

MBA Scholarships for Colombians at University of Glasgow
Scholarships for Colombians are obtainable for undertaking master degree at University of Glasgow in UK. A total of 5 scholarships are available. The value of each scholarship is £5,000. The criteria for the scholarships are academic excellence and personal achievement. Applications should be submitted till 1st July.

TWAS-CEMB Fellowship Program
Fellowships for Colombians are available for undertaking research at postgraduate (PhD) and postdoctoral level. Applicants must be a maximum age of 35 years for PhD and 45 years for postdoctoral programme on 31 December of the application year. The deadline for applications is 31st August.

TWAS-SN Bose Fellowship for Colombian Students
Colombia fellowship is available for pursuing research at PhD and Postdoctoral level at S.N. Bose National Centre for Basic Science. Applicants must hold a Master’s degree/PhD degree in physics, mathematics or physical chemistry. Applications must be submitted by 31 August.

SFIAR Awards for Colombian Students in Switzerland
The Swiss Forum for International Agricultural Research (SFIAR) is offering award in agricultural research. The prize sum of the SFIAR Award is CHF 5’000 for a PhD or Post Doc project and CHF 10’000 for a team project. Applications must be submitted by 15th July.

TWAS-DBT Postgraduate Fellowship Programme
Applications are invited for TWAS-DBT Postgraduate Fellowship Programme accessible for Colombian students.
