Scholarships for MLitt in Iranian Studies-University of St Andrews, UK: The Institute of Iranian Studies at the University of St Andrews is pleased to announce the availability of two scholarships for its MLitt in Iranian Studies. Each scholarship will cover the cost of home fees. Prospective candidates should have achieved a minimum of a 2:1 or its equivalent in a relevant Undergraduate Degree.

The Institute was formally launched on 31st October 2006 and is host to a substantial collection of Persian language books and periodicals. The aim of the Institute is to encourage and facilitate research and teaching in all aspects of Iranian civilisation and culture.

Applicants should submit an application available on
http://www.st-andrews.ac.uk/history/postgrad/mlittform06.doc along with a one page dissertation proposal on an aspect of Iranian history, politics or international relations.
