Greetings,

I m in pursuit for MSc Scholarship but could not really understand why certain scholarships are categorically given to those who have already secured a University position in a particular University. Is is possible that one can first apply for a position in any University even without having any clue where finances will come from? Is there guarantee that once I m accepted at any University, will be able to secure a scholarship?

Please help me because i so very much want to do my Masters but m constrained by finances.
