Course: Grants are available for conducting research.
Award Details: Maximum 1,200,000 yen per grantee will be available to approximately 32 grantees. An amount from 240,000 to 960,000 yen per grantee was provided to 32 grantees for the 2013 program. (Depending upon the results of the Grantee Screening Committee’s assessment, the actual amount for some grantees could be less than the originally requested amount). Award Details: This aid is available to selected applicants, and covers a portion of their tuition fees. It is paid directly to ISU by the sponsoring organization.

Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship for Thai Students

Eligible Students: Age: Applicants generally must have been born on April 2, 1995, between April 1, 2000. Academic Background: Applicants, in principle, must have graduated from an upper secondary school (viz. have completed 11 years of school education starting from elementary school). Applicants who will meet the above qualifications by March 2017 are eligible.)
Course: Scholarships are available to study at a Japanese college of technology. A graduated grantee will be awarded a diploma and an associate degree.
Award Details: Allowance: 117,000 yen per month. (In case that the recipient research in a designated region, 2,000 or 3,000 yen per month will be added.

Course: Scholarships are available for pursuing PhD programme
Award Details: Research funds not to exceed USD 4,500 and optional internship at SEARCA for up to two (2) months. For those who will avail of the internship, additional scholarship fund may be allocated to cover travel expenses to and from SEARCA, travel and accident insurance, and stipend during the period of internship.

Award Details: A Gates Cambridge Scholarship covers the full cost of studying at Cambridge. It also provides additional, discretionary funding. The Gates Cambridge Scholarship is one of the most generous international scholarships available. It covers the following costs

Dusit Thani College Thanpuying Chanut Piyaoui Scholarship for Thai Students
Scholarship Provider: The Dusit Thani College in Thailand.
Eligible Students: Hold a M.6 (Grade12) certificate or its equivalence issued by the Ministry of Education, or equivalent certificates from local or overseas educational institutions recognized by the ministry of education, Thailand.Must have cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above. Course: Scholarships are available to study in Bachelor degree program (B.B.A) at Dusit Thani College.
Award Details: -Waiver of full tuition fees for 10 scholarship recipients (Bangkok Campus).Waiver of full tuition fees for 2 scholarship recipients (Pattaya Campus).Supervised Field Training, Other Fees and Expenses are responsible by recipients.

NEF Research Grant Programme for Thai Students
Scholarship Provider: Nagao Natural Environment Foundation
Eligible Students: Be a researcher/scientist, who works full-time or is enrolled in a doctoral course, conducting research at a research institution or relevant organization in his/her home country (those who work and/or study abroad are ineligible.);
Course: The NEF Research Grant Programme supports academic and scientific research.
Award Details: The maximum grant size in this programme is 500,000 Japanese yen per project for a maximum duration of two year.
Application Deadline:  Application deadlines for this year are twice a year: 20 April 2015 and 19 October 2015.

Westminster Thailand Scholarships

Eligible Students: Applicant must be an international student from a developing country and hold an offer for a full-time Masters degree.

Thai Women in Business Scholarship (AWIB) Fund

Eligible Students: Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA at the time of application
Course: Scholarship is available for pursuing undergraduate degree (this scholarship is for currently enrolled undergraduates who have completed at least one semester).
Award Details: Funding is dependent on the generosity of individual and corporate donors. Donations to the Fund are fully tax-deductible under IRS Section 501(c)(3).  Each scholarship will be $2,500.

ISN Fellowship Program for Thai Students

Eligible Students: Are you at least 30 years of age? (If you are over 40, you may only apply for a short-term fellowship – even so over 45 years, you may not be successful).
Course: Fellowship program provides relevant and contemporary nephrology training to physicians.
Award Details: The total sum of the grant is in alignment with the length of the training and varies according to the anticipated expenses in the host country, as per World Bank data. Grants are intended to cover, or offset, all costs related to the Fellowship, including travel, accommodation and living expenses. The grant is intended to cover expenses of the fellow, not his/her family.

SEARCA Graduate Scholarship for Thai Students

: The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA)
Eligible Students: The SEARCA Graduate Scholarship is open to nationals of Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam who are regular employees of academic, research or government institutions and not more than 35 years old at the time of application.
Course: Scholarship is available for pursuing master’s and PhD degrees level
Award Details: Scholarship covers stipend, tuition, international and domestic travel allowances, thesis/dissertation support, book allowance, and health insurance.

ICO Three-Month Fellowships in Ophthalmology for Thai Students
Scholarship Provider: The International Council of Ophthalmology
Eligible Students: Specialist exam in ophthalmology must be successfully passed.Applicant must be under 40 years of age at the time of applying.
 Course: Fellowships provide young ophthalmologists with exposure to and training in several subspecialties in ophthalmology.
Award Details: The fellowships include S$6000 (maximum) to cover travel and living expenses for three months. The exact amount is subject to actual student-style living expenses in the host country.

 TWAS-icipe Fellowship Program for Thai Students
Scholarship Provider: The International Centre of Insect
Eligible Students: Hold a university degree (minimum qualification is a Master’s degree) or PhD degree in a field of the natural sciences;
Course: Fellowships are available for undertaking PhD or postdoctoral studies.
Award Details: Icipe will provide a standard monthly allowance which should be used to cover living costs, such as accommodation, food and health insurance. The monthly stipend will not be convertible into foreign currency. In addition, Fellowship awardees are entitled to subsidized accommodation.

TWAS-NCP Postdoctoral Thailand Fellowship

Eligible Students: Must not hold any visa for temporary or permanent residency in Pakistan or any developed country;Hold a PhD degree in a field of natural sciences;
Course:  Fellowships are available for pursuing postdoctoral research program.

Free on-campus accommodation will be provided. The monthly stipend does not cover comprehensive health insurance.  The Centre does, however, deduct a small contribution towards a Contributory Medical Scheme. The benefits are partial reimbursement of Doctor’s fees, medicines and/or hospitalisation costs if any, and only for costs incurred in Kolkata. The reimbursement structure is along the lines of the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) of the Government of India.

Course:  Scholarships are for Master courses at a German institution of higher education. Before taking up Master studies the scholarship holders will be placed on German courses for normally 6 months (this also applies to scholarship holders in Master courses taught in English).The language courses take place at selected institutes in Germany and not at the universities.
Award Details: DAAD pays a monthly scholarship rate of currently 750 €. The scholarship also includes contributions to health insurance in Germany. In addition, DAAD grants an appropriate travel allowance as well as a study and research subsidy and in applicable cases rent subsidies and / or family allowances. DAAD-scholarship holders are exempt from tuition fees.

ICTP Master Thailand Scholarships
Scholarship Provider: The Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP)  and Trieste University (co-sponsored by The World Academy of Sciences (TWAS) and in collaboration with Trieste Hospitals).
