DAAD Master Scholarships for Public Policy and Good Governance
DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) is funding master scholarships in Public Policy and Good Governance at German institution in Germany. A monthly scholarship of 750 € will be awarded. Scholarships also provide health insurance, travel allowance as well as a study and research subsidy and in applicable cases accommodation subsidies and/or family allowances. Westminster Thailand Scholarships
University of Westminster offers Thailand scholarships for students from developing countries to pursue master program. These fully funded scholarships will include full tuition fee waiver, accommodation, living expenses and flights to and from London. TWAS-IROST Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme

TWAS-IROST Postdoctoral Fellowships in natural sciences are tenable for a minimum period of six months to a maximum period of twelve months at IROST. Westminster International Partnership Thailand Scholarships
Thailand scholarships are obtainable for pursuing master degree level at University of Westminster in UK. These scholarships will provide half (50 per cent) tuition fee award. International Office Thailand Scholarships
Birkbeck is offering an unlimited number of Thailand scholarships for pursuing one-year taught Master’s degrees starting in September 2014. Scholarship has a value of £2,000 paid as a contribution towards tuition fees. Applicants must be Thai citizens with a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised Thai university with a final GPA of 3.3 or higher. These merit scholarships are awarded for one-year. Applications must be submitted by 30th August 2014.
Chancellor’s Thailand Scholarship
University of Surrey is offering merit based Chancellor’s Thailand scholarship of £2,000. Scholarship is available for pursuing master degree level at University of Surrey. An additional award of £1000 will also be available to highest-achieving students. Scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic merit. Application should be submitted till 1st August 2014.
TWAS-SN Bose Thailand Fellowship
Thailand fellowship is available for pursuing research at PhD and Postdoctoral level at S.N. Bose National Centre for Basic Science. Applicants must hold a Master’s degree/PhD degree in physics, mathematics or physical chemistry. Applications must be submitted by 31 August 2014.
Elaine Low Undergraduate Thailand Scholarship

TWAS-IACS Fellowship Program for Thai Students
Thailand fellowships are available for undertaking research at postgraduate and postdoctoral level at the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science (IACS). Applicants must be of 30 years of maximum age for postgraduate and 40 years for postdoctoral programme on 31 December of the application year. Applications must be submitted by 31st August 2014.
ICO-Retina Research Foundation Helmerich Fellowships
The International Council of Ophthalmology (ICO) is offering two fellowships for Thai students. The fellowships worth of US$25,000 are offered to cover round trip travel, living expenses and professional expenses. The fellowship may be commenced anytime within 15 months after award notification. The application deadline is September 30 of each year.
TWAS-CSIR Fellowship Programme
Fellowships are available for pursuing research at postgraduate and postdoctoral level at laboratories and institutes of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) of India. The minimum period of this programme is six months and maximum is twelve months. The application deadline is 31st August of each year.
MMMF Grant for Women of Developing Countries
Margaret McNamara Memorial Fund is offering grant for women of developing countries in South Africa. Applicant must be women and enrolled at the University of Pretoria, the University of Cape Town, the University of Stellenbosch or the University of Witwatersrand. TWAS-ICCBS Fellowship Program for Thai Students
Thailand fellowships are available for undertaking research at postgraduate (PhD) and postdoctoral programme. ICCBS will provide a monthly stipend which should be used to cover living costs, such as food, accommodation, local transportation and incidental illness. Applicants must provide a certificate of good health from a qualified medical doctor. The deadline for applications is 31st August 2014.
RSM MBA Thailand Scholarships
Thailand scholarships are available for pursuing master degree programme at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Each scholarship amounts of 10,000 Euros will be waived from the MBA tuition fee. Scholarships are open to high potential candidates. Candidates must submit their MBA application by 14th October 2014 for January 2015 intake.
TWAS-USM Fellowship Program

Applications are invited for UNESCO/POLAND Co-Sponsored Research Fellowships. Up to forty (40) fellowships will be awarded for a period of six (6) months duration starting on 1st October 2014. Applicants must be in good health, both physically and mentally. Beneficiaries of these fellowships will be given the opportunity to undertake an individual research programme in the field of Science, Technology and Engineering. TWAS and Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) are inviting applications for TWAS-UPM postdoctoral fellowship programme. UPM will provide a standard monthly allowance which should be used to cover living costs, such as accommodation and food. The application deadline is 15th September 2014.
ISN Fellowship Program for Thai Students
Fellowship program provides relevant and contemporary nephrology training to physicians. The program offers two types of Fellowships: Long term awards (7–12 months) and Short term awards (2–6 months). ISN Fellowship grants are awarded on the condition that Fellows return to their respective home countries within three months after completion of the training. There are two applications rounds every year. Students can either submit their application before December 15 or June 15.
TWAS-CONACYT Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme
TWAS and CONACYT are inviting applications for TWAS-CONACYT postdoctoral fellowship programme. Thailand fellowships cover standard monthly allowance and a fixed amount for mandatory health insurance coverage. ICTP Master Thailand Scholarships
Applications are invited for master Thailand scholarships in Medical Physics. A limited number of partial or full scholarships will be awarded to successful candidates having degree equivalent to an M.Sc. in physics or related fields. Developing Solutions Masters Thailand Scholarships
Thailand scholarships are available for pursuing master’s degree level at University of Nottingham in Malaysia. Around 15 awards of 100% tuition fee scholarships are offered. Scholarships are available for students from the developing and third world countries registering for taught Masters programmes at Malaysia Campus in areas related to science, technology and education. The application deadlines are 15 July 2014 for September intake and 15 October 2014 for December 2014 intake.
TWAS-icipe Fellowship Program
The International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology (icipe) is offering fellowship program for Thai students. Applicants must have official acceptance at an eligible department, institution or laboratory at icipe. Around three PhD fellowships and one postdoctoral fellowship will be awarded. Closing date for submitting applications is 15th September 2014.
ICO Three-Month Fellowships in Ophthalmology
Fellowships provide young ophthalmologists with exposure to and training in several subspecialties in ophthalmology. Applicant must be under 40 years of age at the time of applying. The fellowships will include S$6000 (maximum) to cover travel and living expenses. The application deadline is September 30 each year.
TWAS-CEMB Fellowship Program
Fellowships for Thai students are available for undertaking research at postgraduate (PhD) and postdoctoral level. Applicants must be a maximum age of 35 years for PhD and 45 years for postdoctoral programme on 31 December of the application year. The deadline for applications is 31st August 2014.
INSA JRD-Tata Fellowship Programme for Thai Students
The Indian National Science Academy (INSA) offers fellowship programme for Thai students. Around 10 fellowships are awarded annually. The maximum period of award will be for three months. Selection is based on the recommendations of a committee consisting of eminent scientists. Last date of submitting applications is 31st October 2014.
SFIAR Awards for Thai Students in Switzerland
The Swiss Forum for International Agricultural Research (SFIAR) is offering award in agricultural research. The prize sum of the SFIAR Award is CHF 5’000 for a PhD or Post Doc project and CHF 10’000 for a team project. Applications must be submitted by 15th July 2014.
TWAS-DBT Postgraduate Fellowship Programme
Applications are invited for TWAS-DBT Postgraduate Fellowship Programme available for Thai students. Fellowships are tenable at key biotechnology research institutions in India for a period of up to five years. DBT will provide a monthly stipend to cover for living costs, food and health insurance. Business School Dean’s ASEAN Scholarships for Thai Students
Scholarships for Thai students are available for pursuing taught masters’ degree level at Bournemouth University. Scholarships include 50% or 25% fee reduction (Tuition fee waiver). Total 6 ASEAN scholarships are offered for the duration of the program. The application deadline for September 2014 entry is 31 May 2014 and January 2015 is 18 November 2014.
Asian Women in Business Scholarship (AWIB) Fund
Scholarship for Thai students is available for pursuing undergraduate degree. Each scholarship will be $2,500. Applicant can be considered for an additional $2,500 (a total of $5,000) if qualified as lower middle income. Applicants must be enrolled full-time in an accredited four-year undergraduate institution in the US at the time of application and award. Application should be submitted till September 15, 2014.
Pegge Scholarship for Thai Students
University of Sussex is offering MSc scholarship in Evolutionary and Adaptive Systems. Scholarship will include a contribution to maintenance and/or tuition fee waiver of £3,000. All nonnative English speakers will also need to provide evidence of suitable English language ability. Application should be submitted till 1st July 2014.
Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship
The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) invites applications for Thailand scholarships available to study at a Japanese college of technology. A graduated grantee will be awarded a diploma and an associate degree. Scholarship awards will be tenable for four years from April, 2015 to March, 2019 including one-year preparatory education in the Japanese language and other subjects due to be provided upon arrival in Japan. The deadline of the applications differs according to the country.
International Undergraduate Scholarships for Thai Students
Scholarships for Thai students are available for pursuing undergraduate degree level at University of the West of Scotland. Up to 12 scholarships will be offered. Applicants should have received an offer for entry into the first year of an undergraduate degree at the University of the West of Scotland. University of Strathclyde offers full-time scholarship for female Thai students. One scholarship of £10,000 will be automatically deducted from tuition fees. 3ie Scholarship for Thai Students
University of East Anglia offers 3ie scholarship for Thai students. Thailand scholarship is provided to study Mac Impact Evaluation for International Development. A student must have a good first degree from a recognized higher education institution. It is normal for undergraduate students to apply for entry to postgraduate programmers in their final year of study. The scholarship covers £10,000 of the course tuition fee and one return economy flight. The application deadline is 30th May 2014.
ASEAN Masters Scholarships for Thai Students
University of Nottingham offers ASEAN masters scholarships in UK. Scholarships are available for pursuing masters program including MRes level at University of Nottingham. Applicants can apply for this Thailand scholarship if they are a national of (or permanently domiciled in) one of the ASEAN member countries – Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam. Development Scholarships for Thai Students

Wellcome Trust Doctoral Scholarship for Developing Countries
Wellcome Trust doctoral Scholarship is providing very small numbers in the field of medical humanities. This Thailand Scholarship scheme enables scholars to undertake up to three years of full-time research on a medical humanities topic leading to a doctoral degree at a university in the UK or Republic of Ireland. Strong preference is given to applicants intending to make a long-term academic career in the subject. Application should be submitted till 2 April 2014.
IDRC Doctoral Research Awards for Developing Countries
IDRC offers research awards for Canadian and developing countries’ students for pursuing doctoral studies at a Canadian university. IDRC provided in the field of Agriculture and Environment, Global Health Policy, Science and Innovation, Social and Economic Policy at Canadian University. Approximately 20 to 25 awards are offered per competition and will cover justifiable field research expenses up to CA$20,000 a year. The application deadline is April 2, 2014.
World Class International Scholarships for Thai Students
World Class International Scholarships are offered by Exeter University in the UK. Students of India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand or USA can apply for these scholarships. Cultures of Resistance Scholarships for Thai Students

International Climate Protection Scholarship
International Climate Protection Scholarship is funding Federal Environment Ministry’s scholarship for Non European and developing countries’ applicants. International Space University Mac Scholarship for Thai Students
The International Space University is providing funding to support Mac students who are unable to cover all of their tuition fees. Thailand Scholarship is provided to study ISU Mac programs. This financial aid is available for applicants from Europe, the United States, Canada and developing countries. The deadline for applications is 15 March 2014.
Alphawood Scholarships for Thai Students
Scholarships for Thai students are available for pursuing postgraduate taught courses and research degrees at SOAS, University of London. Setsutaro Kobayashi Memorial Fund Research Grants
Applications are invited for research grants in the field of Humanities (Cultural Science) or Social Sciences. Students or researchers who are recommended by their supervising professors or mentors are eligible. Approximately 32 grants will be offered. The duration of the grant shall be for one year from the date of the grant. Applications will close on 28 February 2014.
The Franco-Thai Scholarship
The Franco–Thai Scholarship program is provided Thai students who are willing to study in French Universities. The Franco- Thai scholarship is awarded by French Government. Thailand Scholarship is available for pursuing master’s and PhD degree at French universities or Higher Education. Candidate should be less than 35 years old on September 1st, 2014. The application deadline is 19 of February 2014.
Georg Forster Research Fellowship
The Georg Forster research fellowship programme is financed by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and co-financed by the (EU) in the 7th Framework Programme. Georg Forster Research Fellowships for experienced researchers, the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation enables highly-qualified scientists and scholars from abroad. The fellowship is provided to learn any of the courses offered by the research institution in Germany. Applications can be submitted no earlier than 01.07.2013 until mid-2015 (exact date TBD).
