Ethnic minority residents in Hong Kong with valid HK Identity Card, and 2. Student who has been enrolled or to be enrolled in the academic year of 2011/2012 in a degree program of any tertiary education institute in Hong Kong (applicable to the Chariot Club Scholarships scheme), or . Full-time or Part-time students receiving a minimum of 1 year post-secondary education, such as Diploma, Associate Degree or Degree programs etc in Hong Kong (applicable to the Yun Lin HU Scholarships scheme)

Scholarship Open for International Students: No

Scholarship Description: 10-12 scholarships of maximum HK$20,000 each or the annual tuition fees, whichever lower, will be awarded

-If no suitable candidates can be identified for the scholarships in the year, the fund will be rolled over to subsequent years.

-Selection criteria include academic performance, financial need, conduct, personal strengths and qualities, involvement in community affairs and extra-curricular activities, clear life goals, readiness and desire to serve others, especially to ethnic minority communities etc

-The scholarship will be paid directly to the awardees’ educational institutions to cover their course fees, or reimburse to students with the provision of school receipts, and will be granted by installment (s)
