Herbert Smith Senior Research Fellow in Private International Law
This year the British Institute of International and Comparative Law celebrates 50 years of independent research and discussion within a dynamic international and comparative legal context. It is seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate as the Herbert Smith Senior Research Fellow in Private International Law to lead the Institute’s research and events programme in private international law at this exciting time. This post is generously supported by Herbert Smith LLP solicitors.
Applications are invited from those who wish to be part of this intellectually engaging, practically relevant and collegial environment. This post is a research post with no teaching duties, working directly with a broad network of those working in this field, and offering substantial leadership and public profile opportunities.
The Fellow will be appointed with a five-year contract and a salary package within the Associate Professor/Reader range is expected, depending on qualifications and experience. It is hoped that the Fellow will be able to commence as soon as possible.
