Sidra Medical and Research Center is seeking excellent applicants for Sidra Undergraduate Scholarship Program in Qatar for the academic session of 2017. These scholarships are open for Qataris applicants in the field of medicine.
The aim of the scholarships is to develop future leaders in Qatar in the healthcare field, and to ensure a highly skilled workforce committed to the country.

Its clinical focus is on the specialty care of women and children. Sidra works closely with Weill Cornell Medical College in Qatar and Hamad Medical Corporation across all three activities to raise the standard of health and health care throughout the State of Qatar.
Course Level: These scholarships are available to pursue an undergraduate degree.
Study Subject: These scholarships are awarded in clinical majors only (Medicine, Nursing, and Allied Health).
Scholarship Award: These scholarships will cover financial and nonfinancial assistance, while they complete their undergraduate studies in a variety of universities in Qatar and internationally which are listed in the Ministry of Education and Higher Education’s (MOE) website.

- 80% or higher on Secondary School Education Certificate (80% Math, 80% English, 80% Science)
- Minimum English language requirements:
- IELTS 6.5 (minimum 6.0 in each band)
- TOEFL PBT (paper-based test): 525
- TOEFL iBT (internet-based test): 70
- A letter of acceptance from a university acceptable to Sidra and in a field of study required by Sidra
Nursing applicants:
- 65% or higher on Secondary School Education Certificate
- Minimum English language requirements:
- IELTS 5.5 (minimum 5.0 in each band)

Medicine applicants: Applicants must have 80% or higher on Secondary School Education Certificate.

Pharmacy and Allied Health programs applicants: Applicants must have 80% or higher on Secondary School Education Certificate.
