Sports Scholarships for Undergraduate Students, University of Cape Town, South Africa.
Each year, UCT distributes over R7m in entrance scholarships to school-leavers who are coming to study at the University for the first time. South African citizens and permanent residents are eligible for these awards.
UCT has an excellent track record in a wide variety of sports and is keen to attract to sports people. These scholarships are available to applicants who have presented their Province at a national or age-group level you could be eligible for a sports scholarship of between R4 000 and R8 000.
Eligible applicants need to apply to Sports and Recreation to be considered for these awards. The closing date for applications is 31 October for study in the following year.
