The School of Social Sciences at Brunel University is proud to announce two three-year PhD studentships: one full studentship and one fees-only studentship.
Each studentship will support a postgraduate research student in one of the following areas of study, within the broad research expertise of staff within the School: Anthropology, Communication & Media Studies, Psychology, Economics & Finance, Politics, International Relations & History, and Sociology. Applicants must have a 2.1 or a first-class honours degree. The fees-only studentship covers Home/EU fees, at the home/EU rate for 2008-9. The full studentship covers Home/EU fees, at the home/EU rate for 2008/9, plus a bursary of £8100 per annum.
The deadline for applications is 31 July 2008.
