Project description: Theoretical and Computational Studies of DNA Damage-Repair.

The new Radiation Biophysics Group headed by Professor Hooshang Nikjoo at the department of Medical Radiation Physics, Stockholm University and Karolinska Institutet, has opening for a PhD student to study mechanism of DNA damage and repair induced by ionizing radiations and endogenous toxins using computational and track structure methods.

Qualifications:

Applications are welcome from recent graduates with strong physics and mathematics background and good computer and communication skills.
