• The candidates postulate for one to three specific laboratories in our Faculty.

About our Doctoral school:

• A doctorate at our Faculty involves a personal research project and the participation in our doctoral programme.
• The conditions for a doctorate in life sciences (PhD) at our Faculty are summarised in the Règlement and in the Directives.
• The prerequisite to entering our doctoral programme is a Masters or equivalent degree.
• The doctorate requires typically 3 to 4 years.

About the conditions of our doctoral programme :

• The salary starts at 39’200.- CHF per year (before taxes) and is provided during the first three years by the fellowship programme and during a possible fourth year by the thesis director.
