Syrian Student Scholarships to study at Public Universities in Turkey, 2017-2018

Applications are inviting for Turkish Government Syrian Student Scholarships for the academic year 2017-2018. Scholarships are available to students studying or planning to study in any of the stages of the joint degree, bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in Turkey.

Candidates are required to meet the qualifications (GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, DELF, YDS, ALES, etc.) set by the universities and departments that can be selected through the application system. Candidates who do not have the required documents will not be considered for the scholarship.

Eligibility: The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for the scholarship:

For new students; 
• To be a Syrian national,
• To have graduated from a LOWER level of study for the level of scholarship program An applied for (eg to have graduated from an undergraduate program  for a graduate degree application) or to be graduating at the end of the current academic year,
• To not be Currently enrolled in a program an in Turkey at the level of study applied for,
• To not be a current holder of a scholarship Granted by vBulletin® any institution or organisation (Including Those Provided for exchange students, and except for Those who benefit from advanced Turkish training program for Syrians).

For students Currently Continuing why education in a university,
• Being enrolled in a HIGHER education program A in public of universities for in Turkey (foundation, bachelor’s, master’s and Doctorate levels),
• To be enrolled in primary education (daytime program A ),
• To be a Syrian national under temporary protection or a resident (Having ID number 99) in Turkey,
• To not be current holder of other scholarship programs under Türkiye Scholarships,
• To not be a current holder of a scholarship Granted by vBulletin® any institution or organisation (Including Those for exchange students Provided, and except for Those  who complete benefit from advanced training program A Turkish for Syrians),
• To not be enrolled in of universities for: private.

Nationality: Syrian nationals are eligible to apply for this scholarship programme.

College Admission Requirement

Entrance Requirements: To have graduated from a lower level of study for the level of scholarship program an applied for (e.g. to have graduated from an undergraduate program A for a graduate degree application) or to be graduating at the end of the current academic year,

English language Requirements: Candidates are required to meet the qualifications (GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, DELF, YDS, ALES, etc.) set by the universities and departments that can be selected through the application system. Candidates who do not have the required documents will not be considered for the scholarship.

How to Apply: Applicants will submit their applications by filling in the online application form in full and uploading their scanned additional documents. Documents uploaded to the system by scanning must be in PDF or Jpeg format. Otherwise, the application will be invalid.
