•Minimum SAT score of 1800 (M+CR+W), ACT score of 28. Minimum test score requirements are based on the composite or total score from one test date. Combined scores, also known as a super score, from two or more tests will not be considered.
•Minimum high school cumulative GPA of 3.5 (4-point scale).
•Rank in the top 10 percent of their graduating class academically.

Scholarship Description: The T. W. Lewis Foundation offers a University of Kentucky Scholarship Program, designed to assist outstanding Kentucky high school students in attending college and furthering their education. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic achievement, demonstrated leadership potential, and financial need. Recipients receive $2,500 per year in financial assistance for expenses, subject to minimum academic requirements. The awards are renewable for up to four years, providing all conditions for continuing awards are met.
