Responsibilities: •Teach morphology courses in bachelor and/or graduate level programs. •Participate in or maintain a competitive research program. •Coordinate laboratory researchers. •Demonstrative success in fund-raising to attract resources for Morphology laboratory. •Perform service duties as required by the department and school. •Academic support for students. Qualifications: •Educational skills to communicate to students the knowledge and motivation for Morphology. •Management skills. •Proactive and teamwork style, based on challenges. •Ability to relate with people. •Excellent attitude and availability geared towards a continuous improvement based on personal motivation. •Motivation to act as a team member in collaborative research. •Excellent oral and written communication skills.
