Dear Sir/Madam,
I am from Nepal, have completed my LLM degree in environmental law in the first division, I am associate professor of English as well as advocate, I would like to do PhD in the management of natural resources because Nepal is going to adopt federal system, there may be need of experts to share their ideas in the distribution of natural resources in future, feeling its need, i have determined to peruse my study in the same line, I am seeking scholarship to continue my knowledge in the hope to contribute my country through my expertise, could you please provide me some idea about scholarship? Is this a right time to apply for the PhD scholarship? Do I have any chance to apply for that?
