   I am a malawian, currently working as a lectuter in in the only medcol school in our country. I hold an Msc in Biomedical sciences from University of Westminster in London, obtained in 1997, A BSc in the samne field obtained in South Africa in 2004. My area of specialisation is diagnostic Haematology.
   I am interested to persue this PhD in cellular and molecular Biology at your institution through a scholarship as advertised pleased advise.

    For the sake of giving my
    academic background, I was graduated from Bahirdar
    university, one of Ethiopian university, by Bachelor
    of education degree in Biology (major) and chemistry
    (minor). I made correspondence with ITC institution
    (Netherlands) and I have found admission letter in the
    course of Natural resource management in 20005. For
    this reason, I had applied to Netherlands fellowship
    programme and World Bank Graduate Scholar ship
    programme by fulfilling every criterion for two years
    (20006&2007G. C) but they could not
    release funds for me by saying that the competition
    was high ( severe) that we could not give you priority
    in this year. Again by giving hope for the coming
    (third) year.
    now i seek to get funds to pusue my second degree in
    my country universities or else if you give me promise
    to release funds , i can get admission letter.

I have done M.Sc (hons) Plant Breeding and Genetics research in molecular biology under supervision of Dr. Abdul Mujeeb-Kazi in Wheat Wide Crosses at National Agriculture Research Centre (NARC), Islamabad. The topic of my research was: “Evaluation of D-genome based diversity for drought tolerance in primary and derived synthetic wheat germplasm using SSRs (Simple Sequence Repeat) markers”.
