I am Josephine Osiba, is it possible for me to get a scholarship to study Bachelor or Arts(Economics) this is because when my father died 15 years ago he left my uncle to take care of us but my uncle used the money to take his childred to India yet i begged for help and that person took me through to form four then i joined National Youth Service and took a course that i did not want (Secretarial) yet now i work for the government but i get very little money which is not enough to pay for a degree course please help me achieve my dream.
