   I am a graduate in MSC degree in the department of mechanical engineering from Adiss Ababa university Ethiopia. I got my first degree from the same university in 2004 from the same University.
   I am now working as a lecturer and head of the department of Mechanical Engineering in Axum university.
   But how can I get full PhD scholarship in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or logistics.
