UK Postgraduate Engineering scholarships
UK postgraduate engineering scholarships Engineering scholarships, ranging from £1,000 to £10,000 per annum, are available to postgraduate students carrying out research or postgraduate study in the UK in 2008:
Please note that applicants wishing to apply for an award must be IET members (EPSRC fund IET student membership and it is just £12 per year for non EPSRC students)
Leslie H Paddle Scholarship

(1 award available @ £10,000 per annum for 2 years)* For postgraduate research which will further the art, science or practice of electronic or radio engineering.

(3 awards available @ £5,000)*
To assist IET members with advanced research work leading to the award of a Doctorate at an internationally recognised university or research establishment with a high reputation for research in the field of electrical, electronic, manufacturing or information engineering.

To assist IET members in undertaking advanced postgraduate research/studies for MRes or MSc degrees in electrical, electronic, manufacturing or information engineering.

Lord Lloyd of Kilgerran Memorial Prize
