   I am Mohamed Abd El Monsef, an assistant lecturer in the geology department, Faculty of Science, Tanta University , Egypt . I recently awarded My M. Sc. Degree from Tanta University , Egypt under the title of (Geological, mineralogical and geochemical studies of some manganese occurrences, Eastern Desert , Egypt ).

   During my studies,i had a sponsor who sponsored me in every thing unfortunately he passed away in December 2007,

    I am a chair person of Bright Africa Youth Association(BAYA) and also a partnership forum that is established by more than 10 local NGOs(including BAYA) in the northern part of Ethiopia. I was selected as best democracy activist in 2008 by world movement for democracy (WMD) and attended the internationalconference in Ukrain, Kiev on April 6-9, 2008.I need to have MS degree in Business on online or distance education.I need to help the people in the poorest and most instable place in the world in the northern part of Ethiopia. But I have to update my knowledge.
