I write to request for a scholarship to study a bachelor degree of law. I have already finished my Master course in human rights and I have a degree in social sciences with a bias in political science.

I would like to study law so that in future I can offer pro bono services to the indigent. I have been tortured by state operatives and I have also been tortured by the psychiatrists after conniving with the police. I have realised that the voiceless suffer a lot and need legal support which I am very willing to offer in case I get a scholarship. I have already applied for the course at Makerere University Kampala but I am sure even after my admission I may not be able to enrol.
