Postdoc is a game played by many universities. American Universities are very discriminatory of Ph.Ds from ouside the U.S. This is my experience based on my job search. Imagine discriminating against British Ph.D that towers even theirs.

I am a medical doctor graduated 7 months ago from Jondishapour University of Medical Sciences, now I’m involved in some research programs in Diabetes , ENT and Psychiatry, I have also worked on some other projects in Toxicology ,ENT and Neurology and have some international publications in ISI journals. I want to know why African experts are not accorded the
world-wide opportunities which their contemporaries in other continent enjoy? I am utterly confused why the North is using globalisation to mock other developing nations? There is no doubt that Africa will remain a dumping ground not only for second hand materials but also second hand knowledge. Every so often one hears many ads centred on Africa, but no one has questioned how all the aid were utilized?

I am 40 years old & already got post doctoral fellowship from department of culture in 2003-2005 after my Ph d in musicology from Delhi University. As I have observed that in other countries we can teach Indian Music only in ethnomusic department,I want to ask

1-Can I again try for PDF in other country for Indian music,where?

2-Where I can go to teach Indian music if I want to teach it in other than India?

while i was in the seminary i got BA in philosophy and some social sciences for instance sociology, antropology and developmental psychology.i got a second class honours upper division digree from the CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY OF EASTERN AFRICA , of which the diocese paid for me ,after i left the seminary due to personal reasons i could`nt continue due to financial problems .
