The University of New South Wales is offering over 60 scholarships to high achieving international students. Scholarships are awarded to study UNSW Foundation Studies Program or UNSW Diploma Program.

Application Deadline: Closed
Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing Foundation Program or UNSW Diploma.
Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded to study the subjects offered by the university.
Scholarship Award:

  • UNSW Diplomas – Scholarship amount: AUD$10,000
  • Extended Foundation Program – Scholarship amount: AUD$10,000
  • Standard Plus – Scholarship amount: AUD$10,000
  • Standard – Scholarship amount: AUD$10,000
  • Transition – Scholarship amount: AUD$5,000

Number of Scholarships: There are 60 scholarships available.

Eligibility for the Scholarship:

Eligible Countries: Scholarships are open to international students.
Entrance Requirements: To be eligible to apply for a 2018 UNSW Global scholarship, students must meet the following requirements:

  • Received an unconditional offer for one of the Foundation Program or UNSW Diploma intakes in 2018.
  • Complete the Scholarship Application Form by the Scholarship Application due date.

English Language Requirements: If English is not your first language then you will need to show that your English language skills are at a high enough level to succeed in your studies.

Application Procedure:

Complete the application form and have scanned or digital copies of the following ready to attach to your form:

  • The page of your passport which shows your details and photograph
  • A valid copy of your student visa (if already granted)
  • Certified copies of your academic transcript and copies of IELTS or TOEFL test results
  • Parent Consent Form(if you are under 18 years).

How to Apply:

  • Apply online or through one of their agents
  • Receive an unconditional offer to a UNSW Foundation Studies or UNSW Diploma program for 2018
  • Successful scholarship applicants will be notified within 5 working days of the due date passing
  • Accept your offer to UNSW Foundation Studies or UNSW Diplomas
