Use excess slots revenue for HOPE scholarships
The cost of higher education is an important national issue that resonates with many Pennsylvanians. From parents who are trying to pay to send their children to college to students who spend years after they graduate paying off student loan debts, higher education costs pose a substantial challenge. As the father of a college student and as the state’s independent fiscal watchdog, I view this challenge on a personal and professional level.
