My name is Masankho Chingoli (Mr) a holder of a Masters in Business Administration (2007) from University of Malawi, the Polytechnic, and a holder of Bachelors of Social Science Degree in Business Administration from Cyprus Institute of Marketing. I also hold a post graduate diploma awarded by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) UK.

I have vast experience in the media industry in Malawi, having worked with major production houses since 1992. Immediately after successful completion of the MBA program in 2006, I set up an advertising firm, Business Advertising Agency, where I am the managing director. Furthermore i have worked as part time lecture in marketing and entreprenuership.

I am a female, single, Cameroonian of aged 39; presently doing my Masters in Medical Microbiology at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital, Nnewi Campus, The program is suppose to finish before June 2010. May I introduce you? My name is Getachew Agegnehu from Ethiopia. I graduated my BSc in agriculture (plant science) from Aleaaya University, Ethiopia. Then, I was a scholarship holder of German Academic Exchange Service to attend a post graduate program in Agricultural Science and Resource Management at the University of Bonn, Germany, and Obtained MSc in Agricultural Science (Plant Nutrition).

Currently, I am working in the Ethiopian institute of agricultural research as a researcher in areas of agronomy and soil science. I have published more than a dozen of research articles in national and international journals in areas of cropping system, soil fertility and crop management. With this research experience, I would like to pursue my PhD study in agronomy or soil science in which I have had rich experience.
